Genpact Better World Initiative Fellowship Program 2022 (India)

The applications for Genpact Better World Initiative (formerly GSIF) 2022 is open for the professional who want to work on high-priority specific projects with select NGOs to drive high social impact.A year-long fulltime fellowship program for The Better World Initiative is in partnership with Kaivalya Education Foundation, which deploys process excellence experts to work on high-impact projects in India to bring a systemic change in not-for-profits.

Based on the performance of candidate in these 12 months during the fellowship, the tenure can be extended if leadership and the candidate mutually agree.

Responsibilities

  • Taking the ownership for the project and produce the desired outcomes
  • Assist non-profit organisations in achieving their strategic goals through transformational thinking.
  • Increase commitment among all involved teams and facilitate buy-in from all key stakeholders.
  • Deployment of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking tools, analytics, and cutting-edge technology based on project requirements

  • Working on transformational projects that will establish new non-profit standards and workflows.

Internal Eligibility criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 4C and early 4D with corporate experience, preferably in process transformation, technology, analytics, consulting, project management.
  • Prior experience with NGOs (volunteering or fulltime), will be an added expertise Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certified mandatory and hands on experience on Six Sigma

External eligibility criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • Full time work experience between 5 years to 11 years , preferably in the social sector or in process transformation, technology, consulting or project management
  • Green Belt/Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certified, will be an added expertise

Remuneration

Candidate will be entitled to a consultancy fees during the fellowship.

Remuneration matching your in-hand current salary can not be promised but efforts will be made for the same
