ONGC Swachhata Fellowship 2022

This is a full-time fellowship for Twelve Months.

The ONGC Foundation Swachhata Fellowship Program will provide opportunity to work on one of India’s most pressing challenges regarding “Sanitation and Hygeine”. The Fellows will have the opportunity to work on the ‘WASH’ project. Fellows will support the organization in the actual field and work on the problems at grass-roots stage. The Swachhata Fellowship Program aims to empathize fellows    for the pivotal work of repairing non-functional toilets built by the ONGC in the past and making them work.

Gaining access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all and eliminating open drainage. This Program will be important to ensure universal access to WASH components.

Eligibility

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Graduates for year 2019 and after, are eligible for the fellowship.
• MBA/MA or Post graduate in Social Sciences (Social Work/Sociology, Development Studies/Rural Development, public health, policies, political sciences).

Skill Required

• Strategic analysis and analytic skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Stipend

A monthly stipend of Rs 25,000/-.

Responsibilities                    

• Be sure to change the code of conduct regarding toilet use among community members.
• Overseeing the implementation of school research at the grassroots level.
• The End-to-End Management of Surveys to be conducted at various schools in all provinces.
• Planning and Supervising Urjak Fellows’ consistent progress and giving them orderly feedback.
• Coordinating and managing data collection, integration and analysis.
• Conduct regular review meetings with the team.
• Tie- up with district administration and agencies.
